I made a lovely salad this evening with calendula, nasturtium and borage borage flowers. I am looking forward to using more flowers in my salads.

As an avid fan of Turkish Delight (traditionally flavoured with rose water) I just might give that Rose Petal jam a go, thanks for the idea jacee!

sure , but will have to stop gobbling up the flowers, i have found breaking up the clumps and transplanting works not sure how they would travel thru the post but we could try.

jacee, is there any chance you could send me some society garlic seeds sometime? i got given some but they were too old and didn't germinate
