Tell us about your garden and what you're growing
I have a crazy and diverse backyard garden, harvesting the last of my fat Florence fennel and overwintered parsley now, waiting for the globe artichokes. Summer seeds in the little greenhouse - I love growing all kinds of cucurbits and beans. I also have a variety of fruit trees - mostly ones that I planted 4-5 years ago, but also a large and wonderful fig tree. I am a recent convert to the wondrous process of lactofermentation and always have jars of sauerkraut, kefir and sourdough bubbling on the kitchen counter.
