Hi Diane-glad that my first few contacts didn't involve hate mail from vegans! haha! keen to get this aspect of ooooby rolling although some of the larger items might take a bit of organising. I usually stand in front of that department in a frothing rage at the price they charge for the quality offered and im sure im not alone! anyway, ill keep in touch and when we have a few of us to make it worthwhile ill get the ball rolling. As for the smaller stuff, its pretty easy to get and process so yell out if you are curious
Sigrid here again. I just realised that I know you already! From the NorthTec Step Up and Grow course with Nicole. We did some car pooling too. Good to see you being active in gardening and setting up learning opportunities. Would be great to meet again and discuss possible options for my involvement.
Thanks ! Glad you like it. Yes you did, I noticed that yesterday arvo.. If you're ever in the area again, you're welcome to come by and pick it up, it wouldn't even matter if I wasn't home, it's just on the deck where you left it.
Hi. I made the cheese on the 9th of October. It keeps for 4-5 weeks stored in a special brine (where it's sitting at the moment) So it's only about 2 and a half weeks old. It'll keep for a little over 2 weeks stored in the same brine or 1 week just wrapped in tinfoil.
I live at 12a Viewland Ave, Royal Oak. Sure I can give you my cell, 027 465 2810
I've actually just had a look in my garden outside and have no more mint! (I thought I did) So some mint would be great too, and on second thoughts, your little punnet of rocket. You could just put together an assortment of things if you like? :)
Hi Diane. I have max 2 blocks of feta to swap, each about 250g each. The milk is not certified organic I don't think, but it is of very high standard, as it's a raw milk farm. The cows are all out on pasture, and no hormones or antibiotics are used.
I live in Royal Oak, and have some mobility issues, so this swap would only work if you came to my house. I should have mentioned that in the add!
As for what you have to offer, the only thing I'd really be after is some jeruseleum artichokes! Though some worm fertiliser might be nice too..
Let me know if you're still interested, no worries if you're not :)
