  hi Neil, i notice you are growing chillis. do you preserve them too? I have chillis growing but a little unsure how to keep them so they don't dry out.

  Thanks for the chillis Neil, made a fabulous soup last night - the chillis went really well with lemongrass and kaffir lime. Even all the kids were impressed! I hope you soon have a clump of lemongrass of your own.
