See http://www.lulu.com/content/5765889 for the free download of How to Build a Raised Bed Garden. Need collaborators to write gardening part. For Waiheke Island people the raised bed moulds are available to borrow. I think Dave Harold (see his number in the local Waiheke directory) has them at the moment. Not sure if the cement mixer is with him, or still at Patsy Blackstock's. Also, I have a 24" Rumford fireplace form that I made if anyone is doing some building. See www.rumford.com to learn more.

  • Hi Claude. Pete Russell just mentioned that he's a friend and neighbor of yours, and that you're on Ooooby. Have you seen our work on resilient communities? Our priority is building replicable, open source villages of about 200 people. See our blog post from today.
  • Hi Claude
Do you need to live on Waiheke to be involved with your book writing?
  • Thanks Claude.
  • Hi there Claude. It seems that the lulu page for your book is no longer working. Is there another link?
  • Claude--

I am glad you have joined OOOOBY--what you probably don't know is that it is on my property. As you may recall when we met last September, I had purchased a Gardening and Nursery place. Well, it was hard to make much so I decided to donate it to Pete and James for a couple of years, they are paying rent, but everything we make goes back into the business.
Still hoping to get a cheese factory set up at the back of the property--working with Henri and another guy who is moving to Waiheke from Auckland.
How are things going for you?--Did any of the business investments get off the ground?

  • Welcome Claude. Great that you could join us. Thank you for your kind contribution to the Ooooby Store by making your organiponico forms available.

Is it ok to return the whiteboard tomorrow?
  • Welcome Claude - good on you for taking the risk of joining a social network site :-) Let's see what great things we can achieve with this tool and all that it will become as we evolve it, with people like Will Lau and Pete...

Happy to have you on board.
