Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

Have a quarter acre section which has two big vegie gardens and lots of tubs and pots in which I grow my own herbs for drying etc. Also have micro orchard, preserve my own fruits, make jams etc. I also have a new TV series starting in Dec 2011 called The Garden Pantry.     Hi Heather,

    hope you are enjoying the Ooooby website.  You are always welcome to come along to any of the gatherings :) they have just started gathering momentum recently and are going really well, everyone is really enjoying meeting like minds.  :)   They are generally the 2nd sat of each month, and the next one is this saturday in Pyes Pa, with details on the Tauranga Ooooby page.  :)

    Hi I am an older gardener, and have preserved and made jam and chutneys for years. Happy to help if you wish. I live in Tauranga, and am almost self sufficent in the garden.

    Welcome to ooooby Heather :)  that sounds interesting about the garden pantry project.  Sounds like something Rebecca Jenkins might be in to perhaps? one of our group members.
