I recently watched an interview on The Greene Space in which Annie Novak is interviewed for her fabulous work on Growing Chefs and Rooftop Farms.

This is the sort of work that makes the most difference toward a positive future for us all. I wonder what we can learn from Annie to help us carry on this sort of work in other parts of the world?
