Well I suppose it was always going to happen. It just took me a while to get my capitalist finger nails out of the pie.

So from now on Ooooby pays no dividend to its shareholders. Shareholders can earn money by being of value to Ooooby by fulfilling a role within the business, but they don't get paid any percentage of profits.

Any value contributed to Ooooby to date will be seen as an interest free loan payable only once the business makes profits.

This decision has been a breakthrough and already wonderful initiatives are afoot as people are already gathering to make their contribution to the shared Ooooby vision.

If you would be interested in contributing your time to an Ooooby project, in some cases these will be paid jobs, please join the Ooooby Crew group to let us know that you're there.

Please feel free to let us know what this decision means to you in the comments below.

It feels so right, Pete! Well done! Wonder how I can join the Ooooby Crew over here in Central Western NSW Australia. Any ideas on how to start?
