Hi everyone,
so the Aro Valley fair is next Saturday 26th.
We have a stall space booked. I intend to be there from 10am - 1pm, but will prob get there at 9.15ish to set up.
As discussed at the last meeting I reckon we go for:
a table (we can use one from the community center bunker)
with a nice table cloth on it ( I'll bring)
We can have our poster (I'll get one from Yaz)
a sign up sheet (I'll make one)
WE can then cover the table in kai from the garden (we can harvest on the day)
Display our photo board (Lynsey and Charles to try to track down form Simon, or Charles will make a new one)
and we can take tours to the secret garden at 10.30, 11, 11.30, 12, and 12.30 for a gold coin donation.
Lynsey- are you able to make a sign advertising the tours? Linda said there is core flute (realestate sign stuff) in the bunker we can use.
It would be great to have a good group of us to promote the garden and take tours- who's keen?
Are there any other ideas?

Hey all,
so it looks like Lynsey will be away and so will be unable to make the sign advertising the tours. Can someone else do this? As mentioned you can use the core flute that is in the bunker- otherwise you can use a pig piece of cardboard or something similar. If no one is able to do this I will.
