Anyone have a recipe for preserving / bottling beans? Not broad beans. I once had some curry beans given to me which was delicious but can't find a curry recipe for beans.

Hi Jeffie, never had them myself but does this sound like it might be what you're looking for?
Ingredients
6 medium onions
1 kg green beans (cut into 2,5 cm pieces)
20 ml mild curry powder
5 ml finely ground black pepper
10 ml salt
5 ml turmeric
10 whole cloves
4 lemon leaves
190 ml sugar
250 ml white grape vinegar
4 cloves garlic
5 large tomatoes
410 g peach slices
Directions
Gently boil the onions and beans in lightly salted water until done but still crisp. Drain.
Meanwhile heat the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer slowly.
Add the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
Simmer until thick and done and spoon into sterilized glass jars.
Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
