Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I have approx 10 raised beds and a couple of other growing areas. I have several fruit trees most of them quite young still. Brassicas are something we don't seem to be able to grow enough of, especially as i make cultured veggies. Their is a big volcanic lava flow in half the back yard so anything growing there needs to be hardy or in a raised bed. I would like to get to a stage in my garden where almost everything is edible and we can collect our own water,etc. Most importantly It brings much happiness to me, nourishes our family and educates my children and friends.
