Hi there, Ruth's Gardens are named after my late mum who was an amazing market gardener...I am trying to follow in her footsteps, starting small, with microgreens and baby leaf vegetables grown organically using permaculture principles to ensure the longevity and well-being of our land and hopefully all those who eat the produce grown here. With passion, determination, a lot of love and time, who knows where this will lead. My motto is... "If you have a dream...find a way."
