Hi. We have a small vege patch filled with carrots, beetroot, herbs, toms, courgettes etc - our first attempt since having two kids (4 and 2 yrs old). We've been amazed that the veges have survived the kids curiosity! I am really interested in a raw food diet and have tried several recipes which have been yummy (!) so encouraged to explore further.
