Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

Just moved into a garden that had been taken care of at one point but is now overgrown. Would like to improve the soil quality, take care of the garden organically, and fill empty space with food plants. So far starting small with some weeding, mint, basil, rosemary, marigolds, capsicum. Started cuttings of impatiens. Already had established roses, hydrangeas, feijoas and citrus.

    I am gardening in Sandringham and am interested in swapping/buying local produce. Take a look at my page and see if I am growing anything you are interested in.

    I think the hydrangeas are over for the year but I am always interested in buying/swapping for some cut hydrangea flowers.

    Hi Casey,
    I can hardly believe your from NC!!! I am not actually from there but was there last Feb when it snowed. Thanks for all your information abouts markets and all that. I totally know what you mean about the prices of produce here though, its so sad. Its the greatest climate to grow in!!!! We should get together some time. Maybe y'all could come over here sometime?
