Winter; therfore I have planted beetroot, silverbeet, cauli, cabbage, for one. My garden is make-shift. I plant when inspiration leads, would be interested in learning about planting by the moon, and more from old time gardeners. I like old fashioned because I'm old fashioned. I like cast iron pots and home made medicines. I would never call myself a gardener i'm not fastidious enough. I have half a dozen chooks that run around my back yard. I am a townie (unfortunately) but do my best. I have a worm farm.
