Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

My husband and 3 pre-schoolers have just movved to town after 5 years on a farm. Our new property had NO garden at all so we are starting from scratch, which is great! We have brough our lovely chooks with us and intend on becoming semi-selfsufficent once again! Fingers crossed :)

    I visited Edible Garden near Ashurst today, I am organising more fruit trees for the orchard area of the garden. I bought three apple, Lobo, Peasgood Non such and Monty's Surprise. 4 Blueberry and 2 Raspberry Heritage. It's quite exciting really as I have not gardened as such for some years due to living in the bush in Titirangi WEst Auckland.
