Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

We have only recently returned from 12 years away overseas and are still setting our house to rights - the garden is to come. I would like to grow in time a combination of fruits, vegetables and herbs and am very interested in organic and companion gardening and keeping chickens. I would like to grow as much of my own food as possible and also am transitioning into into and would like to eat predominantly raw food. Currently have a lemon tree, a mandarin, a persimmon, grape vine, some apple trees - eating and cooking, feijoas and a guava tree as well as a couple of avocado trees. Am also interested in growing my own mushrooms.
