Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

This year we are growing garlic, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, onions, potatoes, pickling cukes, poblanos, jalapenos, leeks, sweet peppers, honeydew, various herbs, strawberries, swiss chard, and beets. We have a garden in our back yard, which is in an urban area, so it's our "kitchen" garden, which means I aim to plant things that I can walk out and pick and have for a meal immediately. We also have a garden at our friends acreage, where we grow things that need more area.
