Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I'm growing herbs, veggies and starting now with an orchard. Because of the climate conditions I must protect everything from wind, wild animals and frost (by this order). In the mean time I'm doing tests - I planted around 30 fruit trees (the plan is to get to 100), the veggie garden is around 50 sqm - I had to plant it 3 times till I understood the conditions. If it runs OK I want to double the size. Now it's growing but I don't have enough knowledge to maximize it. I also plan on producing energy: power + fuel. Rabbits ate the 60 gum trees I planted so I need to start this all over again. Power will be less of a problem as I intend to use the wind. I'm looking for knowledge sharing and to share the production, upon success. I have some technical skills that I can share (in building, metal work, and physics [for power production, I post graduated in theoretical physics].
