Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

We have a large home on a secluded property which we run as a Bed & Breakfast. Originally it was a garden planted by a pioneer of Eltham 150 years ago. We're new to the permaculture scene & are endeavouring to restore the garden using organic principals where possible. Due to the large numbers of large trees much of our garden is shady which brings its challenges! Our desire is to grow as much of our own food as possible.
