Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I have a new vegie garden as we only moved into my house at the end of July and I am interested in Kefir, cheese making, kambucha I have been growing water kefir grains for a couple of months and I would like to swap some for some milk kefir grains and maybe a kambucha scoby. I would also like to learn how to make my own cheeses
