Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I started gowing my own food in January. It was compelled to do this after watching a documentary "The Age Of Stupid". The only way to make the overwhelming guilt and sadness go away, was to make the best effort I could at living sustainabl and self sufficently. I moved to a little house in Waitakere, where I have a small garden now, which I would like to expand. Silverbeet has been my biggest success (as a vegetarian it is greatfor my dient too). I have had a few learning curves along the way, accidentally buying miniature lettuce and carrots. My dream is to have enough one land one day to be completely self sufficent, with an orchard, vegetable garden and chickens. I am very excited that this programme exists!
