My garden consists about 12 square metres just outside the backdoor. It used to be a boring, useless concrete tiled patio and I dug it up immediately and trucked in lots of organic soil. Right now it's a bit wintery but there's a few leeks, some fennel and lots of rocket and other salad greens. I try desperately to keep my hands off the mint and italian parsley so it can actually grow instead of picking it to bits. Big on tomatoes, courgettes and peas in the summer. I compost and bokashi and now I have four chooks adding to the mix ... not a bad wee patch really.
