I own a small farm in Iowa called Butcher Crick Farms, LLC. I am currently living in New Zealand to complete a Graduate Diploma in Rural Studies. I cultivate heirloom vegetables and sell to local restaurants and farmer's markets. My specialty is heirloom tomatoes.
