Still evolving from a solid clay piece of paddock four years ago. Last winter I planted an area with fruit trees, I don't know much about fruit trees but aim to be self sufficient within five years. At the moment I have Russian and curly kale growing along with silverbeet and broccoli in the greens.A big bed of garlic which is well up. Carrots, leeks and beetroot. In the process of building a new vege bed and re designing the first one so I will have four beds each one meter wide and three meters long (a very slow process it is!)
