I have a mainly clay environment. Tried growing in raised boxed garden with initial success but boxes no longer producing and need to be dug out and start again unless there is some way to revitalise existing soil.

    hello Julie, if you're using bokashi to process your kitchen waste, bury the waste in your raised bed. Make sure that you dig a really deep hole and cover it well or else birds will be attracted by the increased worm activity where you've buried the waste. You might be interested to join this group too.
