I have a rural organic vegetable garden that is fairly small scale, but it does provide us with enough vegetables over the summer months without having to purchase more. I grow beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrotts, kale, collards, brassicas, spinach, beetroot, lettuce etc along with strawberries, apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries.
