I am.only in the earliest stages . This is my first garden. It will be 100% organic. I'm using Perma culture methods and companion planting ...I have kale and silver beet at the moment and some herbs , fennel, parsley , sage, marjoram, lemon mint . I will be using natural methods for oest control...marigolds etc ... This year I plan to.plant ...Maori purple potatoes, different kinds of tomatoes, beans, spinach , , zucchini, lettuces, coriander, basil, some Asian vegetables (.not sure which at this stage ) cabbages . All are biocertifed organic seedlings. My kale has come from heirloom seeds ..I bought the seedlings from.farmers market. We have a large grapevine ..purple and green grapes, growing passion fruit this year ...as well as we have a huge red guava tree thar fruits in winter ...and feijoas , oranges and lemons . Will be growing biocertified organic watermelon on my daughters land this summer also.
