gardening all over the country essentially .... bit of a nomad. based in Hawkes Bay, primarily, currently. Been working on a wonderful garden project on Waiheke Is over August Sept, optimising on freely available nutrient rich grey water via a newly installed Biolytic system. Massive evaporation field across north/east face of a gully, previously overrun with wild ginger and honeysuckle. NOT as sweet as it may sound! However the upside is that having dug up/weedmatted these formerly invasive roots, clay is now very friable, and worm rich from previous twenty years of grey-water soakage! Now we have terraced orchards, layered food forest. Huge fun.
