Heartcentred Yoga, Taichi and Meditation instructors Nadene and Hakan have both studied and taught in the UK before coming to NZ. Nadene is a qualified Taichi instructor and fitness instructor with extensive training in the healing and intuitive arts. Hakan is a British wheel of Yoga qualified teacher (advanced) with a wide repertoire from aqua yoga to yin yoga to ashtanga.
