Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I currently have 3 main gardens. At home, I have about a dozen apple trees, a breeding flock of Light Sussex hens and a couple of milking goats. It's a rented house and that takes up all the space! Just down the road, I rent half an acre with a large polytunnel on it, wher this year I'm raising vegetable plants, bulk potatoes and green manures for seed, all for sale as well as personal use. Then, down in the village I rent a walled garden where I produce lots of veggies and medicinal herbs, particularly Essiac. I also work on a neighbours garden where we run growing/cookery courses, and I'm restoring a hectare of walled garden at a stately home in the south of the county, where I also run courses and events.
