Hi! We've just moved in and are busy getting the house reno's done and making a start on the garden. I discovered this site whilst searching for kefir grains for my mum in my hometown of Christchurch. She is hopefully recovering from a serious chest condition which sees her having to have multiple rounds of antibiotics. I'm hoping to get her on the right path. At home I'm primary carer for our son so I cook A LOT and can't wait to grow a lot too. Right now I'm very interested in fermentation and kefir and kombucha as well as bread making. Kefir is great, looking forward to getting a scoby at some stage soon to start the kombucha journey. I run an edible garden design business called Urban GreenSpace which is in startup mode whilst I focus on bringing up our little guy, Henry. Cheers
