Hi, We have about 400 olive trees, not all of them producing yet. We specialise in the Eating/pickeling varietirs, but do a small amount of oil as well. Also we grow figs, just planted another lot, now 90 in total and than , because I love flowers, we grow a large amount of Proteas. We do all this part time... One week up north and 2 weeks working in Auckland. ,I preserve a lot and am very keen on cheese making.
