Tell us about your garden and what you're growing
when i get busy my garden suffers, currently I have rhubarb, silverbeet, spuds, cabbages, lettuce and some herbs. I will have some heritage lettuce seeds available at the end of the season and will be planting my garlic tomorrow as I had not realised today is the longest day so thanks for the heads up. I have a section in town with plenty of room if someone wants to work with me to grow a cash crop and will be happy to share any plants that I have that may be of interest

welcome to ooooby. Garlic needs a cold spell to develop good bulbs so you may wish to delay planting your garlic until autumn, anytime after May here in the southern hemisphere should be fine. Here is another site with useful advice about growing garlic - both refer to northern hemisphere planting times so you need to subtract/add 6 months for NZ. Happy gardening
