i have 1500 sq metre property in small town.i have an orchard area with 2 old variety plums that produce large amount of plums .i give plums away and make plum jelly &spicy plum chutney.i have a berry area with blueberries,raseberries ,cranberries &blackcurrants.3 raisedgarden beds with garlic, old potato varieties heirloom pumpkins .rubarb ,strawberries-chooks eat these.citris area -lemon lime and mandarin.i am trying to learn how to make soil better for the plants using own compost , liquid fertilizer made with comfrey and seeweed.buy organic seed from kings seeds.trying to source cert. organic seed raising mix .
