over night lows in green house

Good luck to you.
Year after year I've struggled with the night temps. Then I see folk grow things in greenhouses when there is snow outside! I'm in Hamilton & this is the first year that I've had tomatoes fruit this time of the year!
I believe the only way to keep a greenhouse warm is to make it an integral part of the house but I'm not going that far!

  • For me i wouldn't have what i have growing in mine if i have a conventional glass/plastic house, weve had a number of -5 frosts, the heaviest -7 but so far the lowest inside my tunnelhouse has gone down to is +4.There's no heating but i wished now that i had set pipes in behind the stone walls so that later when i build the seed/garden shed ,the roof could have been used to solar heat water to flow through the wall pipes.
    • What sort of greenhouse do you have?
    • There's one photo in my photos,i'll have to add some more of the inside today
