That Kale looks fabulous Cesar - i'm sure it would grow in the Queenstown region and survive the frosts - any ideas about what else might work this far south?

Yes, the D'aubenton Kale can grow in the Queenstown region as it is very hardy.
Any of the napus kales that were bred by Tim Peters would do well down there as they were selectively bred to withstand up to -20 while the oleracea kales selected by Adaptive Seeds team were selected for deep freezes up to -5 for several weeks without protective cover.
