    Was listening this morning to the podcast of the ABC Big Ideas program How to Feed the World by 2050?  Was a seminar at the 2011 Australian National Climate Change Research Policy for Primary Industries Conference.  Did you catch this?

    Did you find the yacon info?  Looks like a dahlia root eh.  Gets sweeter the longer you keep them.  Am experimenting with using them as an alternative to pineapple.  Apparently the jam is popular in Japan.
