my garden offers me 2 basic functions. firstly, i'm quite busy running around in circles so don't want to spend to much time on it... but, i really love the fact that i can go at any time and get a delicious feed from it. saves a lot of money... and secondly, its my very valuable daily meditation. and perfect for it! we all know about garden yoga and the removal of weeds. and i love the extra energy i get from fueling my body clean, live nutritious food. thats the type of quality of life i want to lead.

  • Hey Greg, hope you are well on the road to health!

    Lots of love, Kama

  • Ahh - now I know. Maybe with a bit of garlic butter - sorry but the chickens aren't having that. They have enough grass to gorge on here (all free range with chicken wire protecting my vegie plot) Thanks for that x
  • Hi Greg, I'm new here too. Please don't think I'm ignorant, but please, what is Slverbeet? I have never heard of it, not in UK anyway. Could I grow it here? I live by the South Coast of England, so quite warm here. x
  • Hey Greg! sweet garden you have. Hope to see it in the season! I'm looking forward to getting into it this season. Love the idea of seed saving and swapping. I think we need a winter ritual... Bxx
  • Hello Greg. Welcome. Good to have you with us. Hope you like it here. Feel free to invite any food growing friends and fam. Have fun oooobying!!
