marjoram, savory (winter and summer), pak choy, chinese kale, oriental spinach, mint, and I'm also into harvesting from the wild, things like blackberries, nettle, huckleberries, dandelion, and more. I hope to start raising my own mushrooms soon.

    I will be interested in your efforts at growing mushrooms. I wonder whether they will inside or out.
    What do you do with the wild things? I know nettles are full of nitrogen. Huckleberries - are they difficult to fine/pick?
