Introduction to the Biodynamic Home Garden
An exciting programme of film, workshop, talk and star gazing
With Peter Proctor and Rachel Pomeroy
Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October,

Movie night: “One Man, one cow, one planet”- introducing the power of biodynamic practices and presenting the astonishing work of Peter Proctor with small scale Indian farmers, over a 10 years period.
Saturday 17 October, 7.30 to 9 pm, entry by koha – Auditorium open from 7 pm – Tea, Coffee and Cake available

a one day workshop “ how to run a biodynamic home garden”. Making a Biodynamic compost heap, using plant based Biodynamic preparations such as CPP and 500 to condition/fertilize the soil and assist in the various stages of growth.
Sunday 18 October, 9.30am to 4 pm at the school, suggested donation of $50- $60 per person. Hearty soup and other healthy food items available for purchase.

Evening talk “ The stars above, the garden below” and star gazing if weather permits. Rachel Pomeroy will guide us with her knowledge on Astronomy and will advise us on how to take advantage of the influences of the moon to optimize growth in the garden.
Sunday 18 October, 7.30-9 pm at the school, Kowhai Kindergarten. Entry by donation. Tea, coffee and cake available for purchase.
