We have a blueberry bush that we planted about 6 months ago in a big pot on the deck. Over summer it has grown 3 big shoots straight up. The biggest is now about 80cm high. The rest of the bush has grown slightly, but all sits fairly low down.
Should we prune these shoots? Or are they the ones we need to keep for fruit? Thanks for any tips and advice :-).

Dont cut it!!. I have about 40 blue berry bushes, I get excited to see the new branches growing, as they will eventually be the place o' berries. You need two bushes to get fruits, two different species. Plant lots because there is just never enough. I began 5 years ago with 4 bushes, i put in another 12 last year and another 24 this year about 3 weeks ago. Some of them are very beautiful in the winter with bright red wood, some are very tiny (my Top Hat bushes) some go to 6 x 6. I made some mistakes in the beginning, I prunned some of the big branches, now they are stunted on those areas and boy i wish i had no done that...
