Bock Choy + Chinese Vegetables

Does anyone know where I could get seed/seedlings for Bock Choy or Kale? Happy to swop - have thai chillis, lemon grass and basil to xchange. Tks.

kings seeds have a huge array of bok choi and kale seeds, cheap and very quick to grow.
your local farmers market may yeild seedlings for a few bucks... ours does!
