Is bokashi as good as it claims to be?

Hi I am looking into getting a bokashi system for my household wastes and was hoping someone who has already used the system might be able to say whether it is good or not

    I like using bokashi because of the convenience. Easier to allocate buckets of composted waste when they are ready rather than throwing waste in a big compost bin and then having to turn it etc before spreading on the garden when ready. My friend has been using bokashi for years and says the big plus is that she notices a huge increase in worm population where she puts the bokashi waste in her garden - probably due to the zinger that you sprinkle into the waste.

    I second that one Megan. The beauty of it is that the ferterliser is free and its from your garden. There is a great way to start out cheaply if your council doesn't susidise it.
