orange tree problems

Our organic orchard orange tree (Valencia Orange from Koanga) is not looking too good.
It has been fed and watered but leaves are falling off, curling and
have a dark brown staining on their underneath. Fresh growth looks
healthy, but overall the tree looks a little bit sick. Can anyone please offer any advice?

I don't think it looks too much to worry about myself,i always think that if its growing its fine,its when they stop grow and look sick that's when there's a problem.
Try spraying the foliage with some dissolved seaweed
