I have seen in our email that some (but prob not all) our fruit trees could be ready to pick up in the next few days.
What are people's thoughts on us picking up the some/few that are there this Sunday morning to plant at our working bee at midday?
I'm happy to drive but would need an extra set of hands.
Or, if people feel that we should pick them up in one lot that would be fine too.
Thoughts?
Cheers, Lillian.

Cool to hear that some of the fruit trees went in and that you discovered the mysterious tenth hole.
All's well up here. We're doing a lot of work rejuvenating an old family backyard orchard.

Good to hear from you. Yes, we had a great turn out for that working bee, including a group of Vic student volunteers. Many hands really did make light work. Very satisfying. It was cold wet & windy today so I'd be surprised if anyone ventured out.
Tell Ping I've got her Edo Mame seeds here to be sowed once I get a few clues about best conditions. What sorts of trees are in your orchard?

Awesome stuff - can't be there on the 1st. Have fun!

I can also help. My new ph number is 022 646 7129
I guess it'll just mean another trip, but it'd be good to get them in the ground (although I am sure a months difference wont matter to the trees).
