  • Greetings Fi & Steve:

Me and my partner reside in Hawkes Bay at the moment. We are looking towards moving off grid and creating a sustainable lifestyle living off the land. We are looking at building an earthship to live in, growing veggies and fruits, raising poultry and a few animals. Also interested in creating our own power via solar and hydro as well as looking into biogas for cooking. Personally love the landshare idea as it allows families to share this beautiful paradise we live in. Would be awesome to hear from you as to what ideas you have towards landshare.

    Warm regards,

    Riaz

  • hi sounds good! whats your ph and address ?
  • We live on 15 acres on Waiheke Island.we have a healthy kitchen garden, but would like to share our land with a group, families to really get some crops going. We have been on the land for seven years, and have put a lot of thought into the landshare idea.We want to be part of the group/team not the land owner. We have what we think are good basic ingredients to start a land share off, flat land already with a big area of 250 sq 2 feet deep topsoil, water from a yummy bore, water tank and more topsoil(Steves and earthmover) The land has all day sun,a caravan and a little cottage, for food storage etc,we are putting in a seperate entrance to the land so the members will feel its there own special place,we are 6 minutes drive to town, about 6 ks so easy on gas and time.We are bursting with ideas, but would love to here what ooooby members think about the Landshare idea,do you no of any in New Zealand,we would love to here from you, thanks Fi and Steve Waiheke Island.
