Out of luck there I'm afraid ... been looking for that myself. It doesn't appear to be in the country. It is listed as permitted for import, as long as the seed is clean etc, but it needs to either have a certificate with it to show it has been cleared or be inspected by maf at importers expense ... presumably not cheap.
I do know someone who imports seeds, but whether their suppliers would have it or not I don't know, and they will only import a minimum of 1000 seeds which as far as I can gather normally cost about $50 depending where they come from.
All adds up to rather above the range of options for pigeon peas ...
