I've recently started working in Paekakariki (paradise!) for the Hikurangi foundation.
We have a wee office in Tilley Road and are keen to start growing veges etc on the plot of land beside the office, so I'm looking forward to chatting on ooooby about all good things to do with edible gardens in Paekak.
We're about to purchase a computer for our office but have no have no way of getting it to Paekakariki. If anyone is doing the wgtn-Paekak commute and had space in the car for an iMac we'd be happy to pay petrol money. I'd also be interested in carpooling in general as I live in Wgtn. Sounds like a great place to work! Have you tried http://www.letscarpool.govt.nz/ for a carpool - not sure how useful it will be given you are going against the flow, but....
