Hi, you talking about pea straw rather than hay?

Hi all, I'm looking for a cost effective way of buying some straw bales for my garden - straw is my favourite type of mulch. Everyone seems to be charging $25 bale here which is killing me - does anyone know a cheaper source? Or another option may be to buy direct from a farmer over the water and arrange freight ourselves - would anyone be interested in buying some if this was a possibility?

RAW HONEY from THE LITTLE MUDDY! Yes, that's right folks- we've some mighty fine liquid gold available and we're looking for eggs! Girls are off the lay, so barter hunting. Let us know if you have any. (Our Honey also available at the Buyers Club) x Sophia

Hi all,
I'm looking for a couple of local bugs/cultures and wonder if anyone can help.
1. manchurian mushroom
2. kefir
3. any other bugs/cultures that you recommend.

In return, I can offer an Amish friendship cake bug.
Many thanks!

Hello fine Ooooby friends,

We are planning to come to Waiheke to present the biointensive Dirt Doctor seminars at the beginning of September and would like your advice!

Would people come to 2-hr long seminars during the week? And would morning or afternoon suit better?

Let us know what you think, hope to hear from you soon!

If you'd like to know more about Dirt Doctor seminars please check out www.dirtdoctor.co.nz
